I thoroughly enjoyed this sensual and suspenseful time travel romance that takes sexy Duncan from present day Pittsburgh back to the hills of Scotland in the early 1700s. Cready's writing is intelligent yet sensual and she creates strong, believable characters and a plot that left me believing that time travel is possible! Any woman in any time can relate to and root for the strong, yet flawed, leading lady, Abby Kerr. And even though I couldn't wait to get to the end to see what happened, I'm now sad that I won't be snuggling into bed with Duncan on my Kindle tonight! Can't wait to see what this author writes next!

I loved this book. I always love reading about a feisty heroine. They always make the book more exciting. I just wished this book came with an epilogue
Another great time-travel romance from Gwyn Cready. I enjoyed watching the hero, Duncan MacHarg, try to understand the complexities of life in the early 18th century.

I love reading Gwyn Cready's novels (true confession...I've read them all)! She is an award-winning author who really knows how to spin a story. This book has less "back and forth" time travel than some of her other novels, but she deftly handles the challenge of putting a modern man in a historical situation and crafting a love attraction that spans the centuries. I read this book during my beach vacation and found it to be the perfect companion to a week of relaxation (although I had to stay up late to finish it...it was that captivating!). Can't wait to see Gwyn's next fun adventure!
I love highlander books. No grammar errors, spelling, or sentax were found. It flowed so quickly, it was hard to put down. My sister would love this book.
