A good book, very informative with some good useful recipes .
PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS
Authentic Native American recipes were a real hit with our campers this summer at Camp Memaw and Grandaddy a la Native Americans. Our grandchildren especially loved the Indian Fry Bread for breakfast with sugar, cinnamon, and honey on top as well as at lunch as tacos or just with our nighttime meal.
This is a great cookbook for easy Native American meals. I have used it to make a few different things for my family and it was very easy, helpful and well written. My favorite recipe in the book so far is the Indian fry bread! Yum!
What a wonderful cookbook! The recipes are delicious and easy to make. I enjoyed learning about the different Native American tribes, while tasting their native recipes. What a wonderful combination!! The beautiful illustrations give this cookbook its authentic Native American feel. A must have and great for gift giving!!
